1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:

• "vipph48," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the vipph48 online gaming platform at vipph48.net, duly regulated under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) framework.
• "Platform" means the vipph48 website, mobile browser interface, any associated applications, and all services, games, and tools made available through vipph48.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vipph48 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the vipph48 Platform following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their vipph48 Account using accepted payment methods, expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback amounts, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Balance funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering law and PAGCOR compliance standards.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vipph48 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all supplementary policies published on this site, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and vipph48 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the vipph48 Platform and all real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. This age threshold is a hard legal requirement — not a guideline. vipph48 employs automated and manual age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where the registered Player is found or suspected to be underage.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The vipph48 Platform is operated and regulated for use by players located in the Philippines. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing and using the vipph48 Platform does not violate the laws of their local jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and in direct violation of these Terms.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering on vipph48, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition that would prevent your participation in online gaming, and are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on vipph48, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name (as it appears on a valid government-issued ID), a valid email address, your date of birth, your current Philippine address, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to maintain one (1) active Account on vipph48. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identity information, device, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited. Where vipph48 identifies duplicate Accounts, all but the first registered Account will be suspended, any pending bonuses will be voided, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

4.3 KYC Verification

vipph48 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS or GSIS ID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo ID. vipph48 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify vipph48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. vipph48 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any transactions conducted through your Account using your valid credentials prior to your report of unauthorized access shall be your sole responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipph48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vipph48 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate published notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on vipph48 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's current account verification tier. vipph48 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balance funds; and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipph48 Account. vipph48 targets processing of verified GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes, though actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing windows or compliance review requirements.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on vipph48 are subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Void and Forfeiture

vipph48 reserves the right to void, suspend, or claw back any bonus or promotional benefit — and any winnings derived therefrom — where there is reasonable evidence of breach of these Terms, misrepresentation by the Player, or technical error in the bonus crediting process. Any dispute regarding a bonus void must be submitted to vipph48 support within 14 calendar days of the voiding action.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Certified Game Integrity

All games available on the vipph48 Platform are sourced from licensed and certified game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game studios and are available upon request. vipph48 does not modify RTP settings beyond those established by the game providers.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, vipph48's system logs shall serve as the authoritative record of game outcomes. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure attributable to vipph48's platform, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. vipph48 is not liable for losses resulting from your own internet connection failures or device malfunctions.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on vipph48 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and boxing — are governed by the specific event rules published for each market. vipph48 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or revise odds in the event of manifest error, event cancellation, or changes in official game results. Settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph48 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement as appropriate:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other Players.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction designed to conceal the true origin of funds, in violation of the Philippine AMLA.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner not intended by vipph48 or game providers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph48 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit authorization.
• Transferring funds between Accounts or facilitating third-party payments through your Account.

9 Responsible Gaming

vipph48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts when a gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds over rolling daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the vipph48 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph48 Platform — including but not limited to the vipph48 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content (where licensed), written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipph48 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipph48 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any Platform software; use vipph48's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of vipph48's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, vipph48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds due to your own device or internet connection failure; losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms; interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; or losses caused by third-party payment provider delays outside vipph48's control.

vipph48's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vipph48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — vipph48 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' prior notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights, or updates required by immediate regulatory changes), vipph48 may update these Terms without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the vipph48 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your entire relationship with vipph48 are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the vipph48 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting vipph48 support at [email protected]. vipph48 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

13.2 PAGCOR Dispute Mechanism

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, Players may escalate gaming-related disputes to PAGCOR through its official player complaint and dispute resolution channels, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

13.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
